Club Penguin has released the October 2013 Penguin Style catalog, featuring Halloween costumes due to the upcoming Halloween Party. Firstly, here is the page where the backgrounds are displayed.
You can still get the backgrounds from the Medieval Party, but it will be gone after November 5. Here are the costumes. ( All of the costumes are FOR MEMBERS ONLY )
If you click on the basket the zombie penguin is holding, you will be able to purchase the basket for 50 coins.

In order for you to get the Countess Bangles, click the right of the Countess Costume.
Get the Big Lollipop by clicking on the tree branch which is the longest, and also at the bottom out of the three tree branches.

Get the Sparkly Emerald Shoes by clicking on the Witch Hazel Dress.

Get the Candy Corn Costume by clicking on the Ogre Ears. ( Right ear )
